Heat 1 tbs of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place frozen dumps flat onto pan and let the bottoms crisp for 1-2 minutes or until slightly brown.
Add in water to cover a quarter of the dumps and cover pan with a lid. Generally, for every six dumplings, use 1/4 cup of water.
Let dumps steam for 5-7 minutes or until the water is evaporated.
Once the water evaporates, let the dumps pan fry for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Add water to the bottom of a medium-large steamer basket and bring to a boil.
Add frozen dumps to the steamer basket and cover.
Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Enjoy!
Add water to a medium-large pot and bring to a boil.
Add frozen dumps to the pot and let water come back to a boil. Stop boil by pouring a small amount of cold water.
Bring back to a boil and repeat the process two more times until cooked. Enjoy!
