This fall, 澳门蓝月亮 will be implementing a public policy program to share information on the college鈥檚 1.15 mill tax levy that is set to lapse in 2025. The 澳门蓝月亮 Board of Trustees is considering placing the levy renewal proposal on a ballot in 2024.

This levy provides almost $2.5 million annually toward 澳门蓝月亮鈥檚 operating budget, or about 19% of our total budget. Funds generated by the mill levy play a critical role in keeping the college affordable and accessible, and in allowing 澳门蓝月亮 to develop and support key programs that lead to jobs in high-demand, high-wage fields. It helps fund faculty and staff, facility maintenance, technology and other critical operating needs.
